Nomina del Prefetto, del Pro-Prefetto e del Segretario del Dicastero per il Servizio dello Sviluppo Umano Integrale
Sua Santità Leone XIV ha nominato Prefetto del Dicastero per il Servizio dello Sviluppo Umano Integrale la Reverenda Suora Alessandra Smerilli, F.M.A., finora Segretario del medesimo Dicastero. La Reverenda Suor Smerilli assumerà l’incarico il 1° settembre 2026.
Il Santo Padre ha altresì nominato Pro-Prefetto del Dicastero per il Servizio dello Sviluppo Umano Integrale, con incarico speciale per il Centro di Alta Formazione Laudato si’, Sua Eminenza Reverendissima il Signor Cardinale Fabio Baggio, C.S., finora Sotto-Segretario dello stesso Dicastero. L’Eminentissimo Pro-Prefetto assumerà l’incarico il 1° settembre 2026.
Inoltre, il Romano Pontefice ha nominato Segretario del Dicastero per il Servizio dello Sviluppo Umano Integrale il Reverendo Monsignore Jozef Barlaš, finora Sotto-Segretario del menzionato Dicastero. Il Reverendo Monsignor Barlaš assumerà l’incarico il 1° settembre 2026.
