The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral government of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of the Mother of God in Moscow (Russian Federation) presented by His Excellency Msgr. Paolo Pezzi, F.S.C.B., and has appointed His Excellency Msgr. Nikolai Dubinin, O.F.M. Conv., Auxiliary Bishop, Apostolic Administrator sede vacante of the same ecclesiastical circumscription.
