I believe I recognize in him the auxiliary bishop of Seville and apostolic administrator of Cádiz and Ceuta, Ramón Valdivia. If he is not, because I was mistaken in the recognition, I have said nothing about Ramón Valdivia or about the facts that, through my own error, I attribute to him.

Now, if that person is the one who ordered in the diocese of Cádiz and Ceuta a collection in aid of the thousands of criminals who, violating the border of Ceuta, have massively invaded that Spanish city, whether he has a lily face or not, he is a lily with balconies to the street, cornucopia, Solomonic columns, and whatever you want: a complete lily.

And that stupid, cretinous, and unpresentable collection will weigh, as long as it continues to exist, on his person, accrediting him as one of the most stupid bishops in Spain. That is not charity nor simple generosity, it is simply stupidity. Nor does it accredit him with extraordinary malice, only supreme foolishness.
