From Friday, October 23 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, Rome will once again be the meeting point for the faithful, priests, and religious linked to the so-called extraordinary form of the Roman rite, with the celebration of the XV Pilgrimage Ad Petri Sedem, organized by the representatives of the Summorum Pontificum people.
Since 2012, this annual pilgrimage has brought together in Rome pilgrims from all over the world with the purpose of participating in the new evangelization on the strength of the extraordinary form of the Roman rite—that is, the Mass in Latin and Gregorian chant, celebrated according to the last edition of the Tridentine Missal promulgated by Pope St. John XXIII. No prior registration is necessary to take part in the pilgrimage.
