Author whom I never read.
Today the headline «When will Vatican III be?» piqued my curiosity. And I read it. The article is terrible and another argument to dissuade me from ABC.
However, it has some considerations worth noting. «I’m not the Pope, not even Catholic,» it says, to then assert that «the main consequence of the Council (Vatican II) was to drive away the faithful who were attached to the Latin Mass, to the more traditional rites, to the worship of saints and to the sumptuous decoration of churches, which have since been eliminated. In the most Catholic countries of Europe—Spain, Italy, and France—the Vatican II only succeeded in emptying the churches, perhaps returning to a purer faith, but shared by an increasingly reduced population.»
Everything that follows is pure and hard progressivism, even shocking in a directionless and belief-less ABC.
The article, deplorable, but the analysis of the Council and its consequences in absolute agreement with what I think. What a coincidence already! Some dummies in the Church should take note.
